Today we talked again with Raquel Neto about what we can do pre pregnancy to really put your body in the optimal health for fertility and falling pregnant. Some people are infertile and there isn’t much they can do to change that through nutrition, but Raquel tells us the nutritional influences she looks at in a person when trying to help them be more fertile, such as their weight. We go over the different vitamins and minerals that are checked when evaluating your health and how to move forward in taking the right ones into your body.

“You were holding me accountable to my own goals, and I think that was just so valuable. So when you were saying about when somebody wants to fall pregnant and they really want to make their nutrition work, there’s no point in just helping the woman if there’s a problem on the male side as well.” 14:57
