Welcome to a brand New Year! Today's episode is meant to dive deeper into exercise execution. Now, you might be wondering, “What’s the best exercise for abs?” or “What’s the best move to develop my body?" Well, there is no such thing as “the best” when it comes to movements. How you exercise to build your body depends on your own capacity–it varies per individual. Likewise, what's best for someone might not be the best for you. So what you have to do is master the basics of exercise execution. Proper exercise execution takes a basic understanding of how the body functions. More than the choice of exercise itself, you must know how to apply the efforts in the right direction. So pay attention as Andy explains and demonstrates what you must do to ensure you achieve your goals for 2023.
