A Gloucester Township resident was bitten by a fox while walking the family dog. The fox went after the dog, and the owner was attacked trying to separate the two. Animal control confirmed the fox had rabies; both the owner and the pet received treatment.
A former teacher and lacrosse coach at Bridgewater-Raritan High School has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a student. 38-year-old Lydia Pinto was initially charged in 2023. The abuse took place when the student was 14 and 15 years old.
Santucci’s Original Square Pizza in Cherry Hill is expected to open in the coming weeks. The restaurant is just waiting for some inspections to be completed. It’ll be located in the Holly Ravine Plaza on Springdale Road.
Port Authority is considering a 50-percent discounted fare for PATH riders with disabilities. If approved, the program would launch this summer, and passengers would be able to start applying for the discount in the spring.
