Keli Hay is an aspiring powerlifter, and she’s also a personal fitness trainer. In 2016 Keli was over 200lbs and was unhappy with her health. Always someone motivated by numbers and data, she tracked her weight loss and food intake with the help of a personal trainer. Seeing the numbers drop was almost a by-product of setting a weight-loss goal. The most significant shift was her mindset - she decided to carve the time out to focus on herself, finding different ways to be creative in her movement. These lifestyle changes led to better health, a new career path and a decision to choose health each day.
