Alexandra Raquel Hughes is a certified energy healer and feminine leadership coach. She works with smart, spiritually curious moms who are big-hearted and ambitious in their mission to make the world a better place. She’s a Peruvian-Canadian ex-pat mom of 3 who’s lived in 8 countries, speaks 4 languages and has an international multidisciplinary academic background that includes an MPhil in Development Studies from the UK, and a BA in Environmental Studies from Canada.

Right now you can find her in Brazil, about to embark on yet another international move to Toronto. She’s loving promoting the value of the sacred pause and the feminine, time in her garden, long sacred baths and solo (or family) dance parties under the full moon.
