Info su Analisa:

Analisa Naldi, MA, CSCS, StrongFirst Team Leader, has been a lifetime student-athlete, and since 2001, has had the honor of teaching her students on how to move safely, efficiently, and with strength. Having been introduced to weightlifting as a collegiate recruit and basketball player in 1997, the Olympic Weightlifting platform and a barbell was her home until 2004, when a fellow instructor brought in his hardstyle kettlebell practice and a book written by a man named Pavel Tsatsouline, who has since become a mentor and friend. Since then, she has been fortunate to study, practice, train, and learn within the various facets of the strength community and is honored to serve those who are seeking an education in sharpening their own blade in our world of strength.
She is currently a full-time instructor based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California serving students locally and around the globe.
