On this episode of Expanded Perspectives, the guys start the show off by talking about Kyle's eating habits and what has been going on around Skelekin Studios. Then, a retired 911 operations manager and lifelong hunter writes into the show with a bizarre encounter he had one time while out scouting for a good hunting spot in the mountains of northern Pennsylvania! Next, fellow podcaster Chris James shares a story from his latest book with another possible trash bag Duende sighting in southern Texas.
After the break, Kyle brings up some more odd encounters people have had while hiking, backpacking, fishing, and camping in the great outdoors. We all have our own camping horror stories. From losing valuable materials to struggling to construct a tent, camping isn’t always easy. Still, people love to go camping. And, I guess it’s easy to see why. You’re outside in nature, away from all the hustle and bustle and stresses of normal, everyday life. It can be very relaxing for your body and mind. But, let’s face it, being isolated out in the wilderness can be extremely dangerous. Since you’re often miles from the closest hospital or completely without cellphone service, you do put your life at risk. So what happens when you encounter something unexplainable?
