In Colorado and Colorado Springs where our team is located, we deal with the seasonality and weather constraints of the winter, but we also see a lull in buyer & seller transactions during the month of May. Spring usually signals the coming boon in the real estate market, but there are certain factors about this month that could increase the Days On Market (DOM) for your latest flips and leave you questioning whether or not you're running your business effectively. But what kind of mindset should investors adopt during slow periods or seasonal shifts that can help them avoid burnout long term and assist in maintaining their excitement about real estate investing?
