Before we tackle difficult passages to interpret in the New Testament surrounding the question of women and leadership in the church- we must first ask the question: what did women do in the Bible? Were they called to lead Gods people? The answer we find in the pages of Scripture is yes! God has called women like Junia, Priscilla, Phoebe, and many others to lead His church.
