I lead an experience for clients called "Branded by Rich Litvin." They invest $9,000 and in around 30 minutes, I draw out their story. Today you'll hear me take Parham through a "Branded" experience. He's a fascinating man who was born blind in Iran, 30 years ago. He is now a leader, manager and coach. And an expert in software engineering. In most countries, when you are legally blind, this is classified as a disability. But Parham isn't disabled. He sees the world differently. And that is an incredible gift – for his team and for his clients...
