Alina is a very courageous woman, with a 20 year career in high level finance behind her. She was a Managing Director at Rothschild & Co, responsible for €3 billion of assets under management. She's a also a mother, raising a high-functioning autistic son.

"If you only read one book on coaching, you have to read The Prosperous Coach..." That's what Alina's friend said to her. And, only a couple of years later, it's why Alina is now a member of 4PC, my exclusive community of high-level leaders.

And as Alina asks me for advice on her book, I come from the premise that the sole purpose of her book should be to create something that has her dream clients say "If you only read one book on leadership, you have to read The Audacity Spectrum..."
