My health, hormones, and heart have been on a swinging pendulum and this fall I'm on a mission to get centered. We can't control everything that's happening in the world, but we can pay attention to our bodies and our homes and our rituals to create the best space for us to thrive. I'm sharing 3 (small-ish) changes I've been making to navigate the logistics and emotions of the last year.

2. Monotasking + Margin

3. End-of-Day rituals
