I've been writing at the intersection of music and ideas for years, and have interviewed dozens of influential bands and individuals. I am also in a band called Zombie Apocalypse. ISSUE ORIENTED began with Australian radio personality Sarah DeBorre and I discussing crucial issues and playing awesome music. It was originally a monthly segment on Headwealth - Australia's premiere hardcorepunkmetal radio show (airing on 106.7 PBS FM in Melbourne). Sarah planned a leave of absence from PBS so that she could travel, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to do more radio. And so as podcasts began to enter the mainstream, ISSUE ORIENTED took its current form. Now - thanks to the web and podcasting - you can listen to ISSUE ORIENTED any time, anywhere.
