Katharina is a Certified Life Coach & Climate Change Coach. She helps eco-conscious people turn climate anxiety into empowered and effective action to live more sustainably without having to give up what they love.
When the 2018 IPCC report said that there are only 12 years left to avoid the worst consequences of climate change, she fell into deep climate anxiety, ready to give up on everything, including having a family.
Life coaching helped her shake off her fear for good and turn her paralysis into action to slash her carbon footprint. And the tools that she learned have been so transformative for her that she decided to become a coach herself for the sole purpose of teaching them to others who want to change the world for the better, too.
