Oftentimes the way we're taught to respond to our suffering is by surrendering. The old saying "it is what it is" is tossed left and right as we learn to make peace with the way our lives are unfolding.
But what if we could take this surrender to the next level? What if we could actually LOVE our fate?
'Amor Fati' is a Latin phrase that literally translates as: love of fate. In today's conversation we take a deeper look at how we can practically learn to love our lives as they happen, giving meaning to even the most difficult of circumstances.
