Life is one giant fruit salad! And we cannot guarantee that all the fruits we get will be fruits we love. The good days come just are surely as the bad ones do, and the quality of the life we choose is largely determined by our perspective.
Remember Covid? Remember all the lessons the collective human race learned? We go back to some of those in our episode today, because I believe that (as with covid), my suffering and loss and pain have gifted me the gift of gratitude and appreciation like nothing else ever has.
