Salutations, Shenanites! This week, we talk about Victorian treatises, invisible structures, and how people aren’t robots. People are also different from each other - who knew? As it turns out, when you acknowledge those two facts, you can construct a conscientious, flexible environment that actually prioritizes a person’s experience. Let’s make the implicit explicit.
