His most recent challenge in New York is based on an alleged violation of the Due Process clause of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution. He alleges he was improperly suspended from New York’s Premier racing tracks without a proper hearing and an opportunity to defend himself. There's also his claim of a contaminated sample that raises some eyebrows. We know this… Baffert is not going to take the Bonds/Armstrong label without a vicious fight in the courts.
