Born & Raised a New Yorker, Angelica Wilson is a multifaceted fitness professional who has been guiding bodies through space for over a decade.
Her big 3 are Leo Sun, Leo Rising & Aquarius Moon, and early on in her fitness journey, this plus size, tall woman of color, realized she had to become part of the representation she wished to see on and off the mat.
Angelica currently teaches yoga in person and online at Y7, OMStars and Form + Flow.
In addition to that she is a meditation trainer for Core by Hyperice. When she isn’t blogging, or creating content, you can find her at POPSUGAR where she is an editor.
