One area that many creatives struggle with is hiring help. Your business is personal to you and you are the one that has turned it into a success. But, there comes a day when you realize you just can’t really do everything on your own. You might start dropping balls or you may find that you just can’t grow any further.

That’s why I’m really excited to have Chellie Peterson on the Law & Wit podcast. She’s a Virtual Assistant expert that uses the skills she developed as a successful blogger/influencer to help other creatives and content creators extend themselves and grow their business. She specializes in helping people work through that notebook of ideas that they have but don’t have the time or skills to do on their own.

Back when she first became a mom, Chellie started The Mumsy Blog and grew it to a successful brand. But after her fourth child was born, her life took an unexpected turn which required her to step back from her blog. And, that’s when she turned her focus to the VA, or virtual assistant world.

She is now an expert at all things VA and shares some valuable tips on how to hire help to grow your business and reach, particularly if you are a content creator or influencer!

In this episode, you will learn:
  • Beginner tips for approaching and pitching brands
  • The importance of working with brands that are a natural fit for you and your message
  • What legal aspects you need to think about when hiring help
  • What to look for when hiring a virtual assistant
  • The things you need to do before hiring someone to help you
  • 6 Tips for systemizing your business
