In this meal planning series, we have been focusing mainly on dinner ideas, but I wanted to squeeze in this series and share simple lunch ideas. My most popular posts on social media have been sharing Lunch Snack plate pictures and the mini charts for you pick to make your own snack/lunch plate within the selected categories.

This is one method to make lunch super-duper easy and extremely filling as you pick your favorites from each category. Step out of boring lunch ideas and find food that satisfies each taste craving: something sweet, crunchy, savory, creamy and more! When each taste craving is satisfied, it makes the meal more enjoyable.

I have a new freebie for you, it is a 2-page pdf guide with many ideas from the selected categories: protein, fiber, colors, fats, sweets and even crunchy. I have come up with 10 to 15 from each category. The second page includes product pictures for you to know what to buy.
