That’s why people eat more when they’re sleep deprived and they gain weight. So, getting enough sleep is definitely underrated.” (06:19) (Dr. Brian) “There is a combination of a tea which research shows that consuming these two components, a hibiscus tea bag and a lemon verbena tea bag, very likely you will not have the same hunger for the rest of the day and you’ll eat less.” (06:55) (Dr. Brian) “So, taking cinnamon and ginger can boost your metabolism a little bit. It can possibly lead to weight loss. It can help with menstrual cramps.
