When do you need someone to pray for you?
Pastor Vance Mansfield defines Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
The first power is defined as in the Strongs as: Exousia in the Greek- It means privalage, freedom, mastery, magistrate, superhuman, potentate (token of control) delegated influence: Authority, jurisdiction, liberty, power, right, and strength.
Serpent is defined as in the Strongs as: cunning- deceitful, artful malicious person
Scorpion is defined as in the Strongs as: concealment, nature of the serpent (goal)
The second Power is defined as in the Strongs as: Force, specifically miraculous power usually a miracle itself.
Enemy- to hate- directly opposite of love,
