In this episode we have a very special guest is none other than Dr. Yong Hsin Ning. She has 20 years of management consulting experience. Predominantly in the field of business transformation business, process re-engineering, change management, and learning and performance support. She has worked with clients from across both public and private sector in the defence industrial relations, consumer goods, telecommunications and airline industries. She is currently the co-founder and director of Change Voyage Consulting. A boutique consulting firm which provides tailored solutions in the areas of organizational and business development, and individual change. She is also an adjunct faculty at the Lee Kong Chin School of Business in the Singapore Management University. She has obtained a PhD from SMU. Her dissertation topic centres around how part-time employees manage non-work time to reduce the tendency to work overtime.
