We talked about Danny Maira vs. Robbie De la Rionda, that saw an impressive no arm triangle lapel choke variation Victory from Daniel. We discussed Nick Salles vs. Dez McDonald, that saw Nick transition from the triangle to an armbar close to the edge of the mat on a potential reset for the victory. In our discussion of John Battle vs. Miles Williams we discussed the back control clinic that battle put on throughout 9 Minutes of the match reminiscent of the DDS back control instructional.
in the preview section of the show we discuss the headline matches for fight to win 176 Edwin "Junny" Ocasio vs Carlos "Bebeto" Oliveira. We talked about Junie hot on the trail to get back into the win column after his most recent performance on WNO, being the only man to take Mikey Musumeci to decision since he began pursuing No-Gi. We discuss some of the tactics that may take place in the Aaron “Tex” Johnson vs Gustavo Batista match including potential for Batista to play on the outside and look for passing opportunities.
