In this episode, I chat with Albert Foster, founder and CEO of Express Evaluations, a performance evaluation and pulse survey software company. In our conversation we discuss the stigma of performance evaluations, how they should be more of a two-way street instead of a one-way street, and how you can turn them into a critical employee retention tool at your organization. We also discuss the importance of consistent pulse surveys to gather employee feedback so that you can understand your employees needs and adjust accordingly, empowering you to create a culture that no only retains talent, but attracts it as well.
