Today's guest, Liz Rodriguez Sowek, is a self described Psychiatric Rockstar. She goes into detail regarding her struggles with her mental health from her teens to now. We appreciate how open and vulnerable she is regarding her mental illness and the countless hours of therapy and work she has done to manage it. She discusses what worked for her and what didn't. She also gives great advice on what to do if a therapist or type of therapy is not working for you and how to advocate for yourself. We are so happy that she is in a good place now with a loving wife and daughter by her side. Liz has come an incredibly long way and we are honored she chose our platform to tell her story.
