Judge Jill Kehn, appointed as Acting Family Court judge in 2015, will face challenger Anne Coonrad for the role of Rensselaer Family Court judge when voters go to the polls on November 2. HMM correspondent Corinne Carey spoke with Judge Kehn about the role of a family court judge; her views on how race and class affect those who come before her seeking justice; and what she enjoys doing when she's not on the bench or out campaigning.
