As her last month as ACI World’s Director General begins, Angela Gittens spoke to Tara Nolan to reflect on her time spent within aviation. With her retirement date quickly approaching, Angela and Tara explore what she has learnt from the “industry that helps each other out”, the achievements she is most proud of, and what she envisions will continue to develop in aviation – a sector that “is always challenging”.
