Shane Young co founded Memphis Inner City Rugby in 2012. Since then, hundreds of thousands of dollars of scholarships have gone to its kids. In some of the worst child poverty in the USA-MICR is breaking generational cycles. A 100% High School graduation rate with 100% of youth going somewhere after High School (college, military or trade school). A positive story that will make you believe-that changing the world is not only possible, but happening.
