You’ve probably heard the phrase “feelings aren’t facts” before. Maybe from a therapist, a friend, or even in a moment when someone was trying to help you calm down. But if you’re a highly sensitive or introverted woman, that phrase can actually do more harm than good.

In this episode, I’m unpacking why dismissing your emotions leaves you doubting yourself and feeling disconnected, and how to reframe it in a way that honors your sensitivity.

You’ll learn why your emotions are valuable messengers, how to start listening to what they’re really telling you, and simple journaling prompts to help you process instead of pushing feelings away.

If you’ve ever felt invalidated or “too much” for your emotions, this conversation will help you see your feelings as wisdom—not weakness.
