In this episode, I’m breaking down the 3 signs that show you’re not really overthinking—you’re avoiding your emotions. You’ll learn how looping thoughts, seeking reassurance, and “logic spirals” are actually ways your brain tries to protect you from feeling overwhelmed.

And I’ll share a simple but powerful tool that helps you step out of avoidance and into emotional awareness. This small shift can help you reduce anxiety, calm your inner world, and stop spinning in circles.
