As a highly sensitive introvert, I used to believe that if I let myself fully feel my emotions, I’d get stuck in them forever. Maybe you’ve felt the same, afraid that if you open the door, the overwhelm will never end.

In this episode, I’m sharing the #1 thing I wish I knew about feeling emotions as an HSP: that allowing yourself to feel actually shortens the emotional cycle. You’ll learn why avoiding emotions leads to more exhaustion and overwhelm, and how simple practices like naming your feelings or journaling them can help you regulate your emotions and build emotional resilience.
