“Do I just have anger issues, or am I a highly sensitive person?” If you’ve ever asked yourself this, you’re not alone. As an HSP, your emotions can feel intense, and anger might be the one that gets your attention most.

But here’s the truth: HSPs experience all emotions deeply, not just anger. And often, what looks like anger is really fear, grief, or shame underneath. In this episode, I’m sharing how to tell the difference between HSP emotional intensity and true anger management challenges.

We’ll talk about signs of aggression, why HSP is a temperament (not a mental health disorder), and how emotional regulation skills can help you feel calmer and more in control.
