It was a great day to think about dogs, especially on the tail end of the National Dog Show, which aired on Thanksgiving night. Those groups were judged on characteristics and function, so I will be using four of the seven, including Hound, Working, Non-Sporting, and Herding, to see if those pure breeds have some of my "Chloe girl" in their presentations. Also, I wanted to shout out to my godparents Toni and Craig, and my Aunt Alison and Uncle Barry for helping divide the cost to get Chloe's cremains back to me. I received a certificate that she was privately cremated and have her in a wooden box, a copy of her paw print in clay, a lovely sentimental card from the veterinary staff from that weekend as well as her collar, some hair, multiple videos, and photos to remember her by. We've even got a little sample video up on Instagram as we celebrated Thanksgiving back in 2019. I would have not had her at all if not for those lovely people. Hope you had a pleasant holiday and gave a pet to your pup. Keepsake Doggotopia is thinking of you fondly.
