I’m elated to close out the month of August with an immersive sensory episode alongside the creator of MindTravel, Murray Hidary. MindTravel is a unique mindfulness experience that fuses music with meditation to help us tune into the depths of our inner landscape.
We discuss the unique languages of music and movement and how experiencing the two modalities unearths a complete spectrum of emotions we often can’t articulate through words. Murray also gives insight into his transformational in-person events and how he invites people to honor the present through listening, feeling, and ultimately, healing.
