Dr Alex George joins Mick Coyle for episode 188 of Mental Health Monday.
Dr Alex (who also appeared on the hit TV show Love Island) is calling on the government to ramp up mental health education in schools.
He's working with charities and organisations and wants to provide resources to staff, train teachers in how to introduce mental health into the classroom effectively, and make sure every child has access to a counsellor.
Tragically, Alex lost his brother to suicide last year, which he says has galvanise him to make a difference for young people everywhere.
