Skateboard Deck Art – Workshops:
Children aged 7 – 10 create their own work of art with proud Wiradjuri woman and Melbourne-based artist Tricia “Vandal” Van Der-Kuyp, as she hosts free skateboard deck art workshops at Monash libraries during NAIDOC Week. Vandal believes you don’t have to be perfect to be a good artist because art has no rules.
Suitable for ages 7 – 10 years only. Materials supplied. Bookings essential via Trybooking.

Oakleigh Social Barefoot Bowls – Friday, July 9, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Barefoot bowls is a social fun event where participants play lawn bowls without shoes or socks or flat-soled shoes (no heels, wedgies or otherwise. Followed by a friendly few drinks purchased from the bar and a FREE sausage sizzle.
Come have an enjoyable afternoon with grass between your toes and a little competitive fun with friends or the family.
