This “MasterClass & Case Forum” program utilizes a linked foundational lecture and case-based approach to highlight recent advances with B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)–targeted therapies and illustrate their effects on outcomes in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). Each case-centered session includes an assessment of the relevant evidence supporting the use of BCMA-directed antibodies and CAR-T therapy. Expert-led, case-based instruction on patient assessment, therapy selection, dosing and scheduling, and management of unique treatment-related AEs is built on this foundation.
