Eric Helms has been a staple in the natural bodybuilding, powerlifting, and fitness/physique space for over a decade. He started as a personal trainer, but continued his academic pursuits, earning a Ph.D. in 2017. His work has influenced nearly every person involved in this space, either directly or indirectly.
