On July 31st 2020 Cages will be releasing the album ‘A World In Song’ thru Iron Lung Records. This album is the story of singer Nola Ranallo’s personal journey over the past two years overcoming abuse, death, tragedy, trauma, and mental health struggles. Nola’s hope is that this album helps others find beauty in the world to overcome the many struggles we face in life. In this very candid interview Nola talks in detail about her own story and what it took to get where she is now in life as well as the beautiful process of recording this record live in Buffalo at a mental health/domestic abuse awareness concert put on by her loved ones. ⚠️ Be warned this episode speaks of suicide, abuse, trauma, and in general some potentially very triggering and heavy topics.
