"We looked inside ourselves and said to ourselves - maybe there is something unsaid, something that still pushes us to tell a story about coffee, maybe a little different- . And so this is a path that has necessarily touched the strings of passion. Because when you're a certain age you're no longer a girl, so you ask yourself questions about why you still want to say something and why you think you can say something interesting."
"Even in the B2B approach so towards coffee shops, ours is a completely different approach i.e. before selling coffee we want our customer to know about coffee. We want them to be able to recognize, to open our package and understand what's inside and therefore be aware of their choices."
"Creativity works the moment you bring forward things that are true, that are there and so for us it's a way to effectively communicate what you think has interest for someone else as well. We are in a world where ideas fly, 'stories' last twenty-four hours. Staying means building on something that is credible."
