Andrew Tyndale was employee number 16 at Babcock & Brown Australia, a famed investment banking firm that, at its peak, had 28 offices, over 1,500 employees and managed funds of more than $70B.

After riding the highs of the economic boom, the 2008 Global Financial Crisis soon followed, laying waste to the business empire.
