1 year ago in episode 62 of this podcast, I interviewed 5 leaders within the first month of the nation being shutdown due to the COVID 19 pandemic. You could hear the fear and concern in their voices realizing they would need to lead their companies through an unparalleled crisis with very little knowledge of what to expect. I felt it would be interesting to interview them all 1 year later to see how they managed their employees and handled the financial crisis this pandemic brought on. This episode reveals what we learned over the last year and explores any silver linings that they may have discovered.
