Finding a mentor for your business. Having someone who is more experienced than you showing you the way is invaluable. You will grow quicker, not just as a business but as a business owner too. However, getting a mentor doesn't always mean paying for a business coach - there are plenty of people out there who have already done the thing you are trying to do, and might be happy to give you the benefit of their experience in return for a coffee.
