What is Zone 2 training?
Since I'm a few weeks into my base training, this is predominantly the kind of running that I'm doing....plus it's what I'm working on with my Run Farther Faster Stronger group so it's only fitting that I talk about it here with you!
I'll talk a little bit about:

  • what are the benefits of zone 2 training
  • how do you figure out your zones
  • when should you be in zone 2
  • what % of your runs should be in zone 2

Plus I'll give you a little update on how my training is going.
