Ilvy Njiokiktjien talks with cinematographer Ash Connaughton and visual artist and photographer Dasha Pears about how being neurodivergent factors into their lives as professional creatives. Ash was diagnosed with autism at a young age, while Dasha discovered relatively recently that she has synaesthesia.
In this relaxed and intimate conversation, they discuss their careers, including Dasha's work exploring synaesthesia, some of the challenges that neurodivergent people face in the workplace and their hopes for how the industry might change in the coming years.
