When you face a big decision in launching your business, it's easy to start overthinking. You hard to plan for your business but for some reason, you don’t feel quite ready to launch. Yes, I believe 100% in planning, but please, darling, don’t hide behind that as a reason to play small, to make yourself the victim, or to feel like it's never time to start. There is a marketplace looking to have their needs met, then only you and the diamond that within you and your great business, and beautiful diamonds and gifts that you have can meet those amazing needs in the market place.
