Steve is joined by Ryan Evans, President of the Boisdale/Briagolong Football Netball Club, and Michelle Harris, Senior Sports Consultant at Gippsport, to talk about how this amazing club not only started a womens football team, but how they ensured the new team was genuinely included in the club as equals from the beginning.
This is a wonderful example of how a club can successfully introduce a whole new group of participants into their club, and what it means to be truly inclusive.
