[[:encoded, "We’ve all heard the phrase “Do what you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” But what if we start falling out of love with that one thing? How do we rediscover our passion for our business and become re-inspired?\n\nIt’s completely normal not to have the same gumption for your business that you did when you first launched it. Back then, everything was new, and you were discovering and learning every single day. But now, years have passed, and you may find yourself doing the same thing day in and day out. Maybe you’re even wondering if you made the right decision to pursue growing this business.\n\nIf your business no longer serves your needs and you’re not finding fulfillment in it at all, then maybe it’s a sign to quit and start over. However, maybe all you need is a boost to get your creative juices flowing again and rediscover the love for your business.\n\n1. Look for new ways to challenge yourself.\n\nLearning something new can kickstart your mind and help you start thinking more creatively again. While your business may be in a stable place, there may be opportunities you’re missing out on by not exploring new ways to grow.\n\nStudy new trends and challenge yourself to make them relevant to your business, if it makes sense to. It’s always a good idea to stay up to date with new technology, new ways to create and distribute content, and new ideas popping up in your industry or other industries.\n\nSet new goals for yourself and for your business. It could be a collaboration with a larger brand, a higher sales goal, adding a new product or service, or growing your team. With each new goal comes a new challenge, and pushing yourself can be the inspiration you need to fall back in love with what you do.\n\n2. Find a mentee to share your wisdom with.\n\nYou may have knowledge about your industry and business that you take for granted, especially if you’ve been growing your business for many years. By finding a mentee to share your wisdom with, you’ll be able to see things through fresh eyes and gain a greater appreciation for the knowledge that you’ve amassed over the years. Seeing your mentee get excited about what you do can also remind you of what got you into doing what you do in the first place.\n\nBy revisiting certain ways of doing things, you may even discover that there have been new developments for improved ways of doing the same work, which will help you to expand your wisdom of knowledge and become more successful in your business.\n\nYou can rediscover happiness by helping others, otherwise known as the helper’s high or giver’s glow. Helping someone else, especially an individual who is interested in learning about what you do, can decrease your levels of stress, and enhance your purpose in life.\n\n3. Delegate certain tasks to focus on your strengths.\n\nYou may find yourself less happy at work if you have to deal with tasks that aren’t your strength. As a business owner, there are often many activities on your plate. But you don’t always need to be the one to take care of everything, and your passion may be waning whenSupport the show
